According to his wife, Pete isn’t very tidy at home, but work is definately a different story! Pete prides himself on presentation. He always strives to ensure that his work is not only functioning appropriately, but looks presentable as well. This also includes tidying up after himself, showing up in a uniform and treating your home or business with respect.
Furthermore, he always keeps his customers informed and his easy going personality makes him very approachable which is especially important if there is more than one possible solution for the work you require. He is always happy to discuss options and costs with you so you can make an informed decision.
Pete strives to be prompt in two ways. Firstly, in showing up to your job as quickly as possible and secondly, by completing the job swiftly whilst still ensuring that it is completed to the highest standard.
Finding a reliable tradesman is priceless which is why Pete strives to show up when he says he will. His first job of the day is at 7:30am which is therefore what time he will arrive. After the first job, Pete organises his day so he only has to give his customers a two hour time-frame so that you don't have to wait around all day. In the rare event that he is unavoidably held up, even if it's only by 10 minutes, he will call to let you know.
